By placing an order with KrystalWaters.co.za you acknowledge to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us at admin@krystalwaters.co.za before placing your order with us.
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. All contracts are concluded in English.
We may change or update these terms so please check this page regularly. We do not represent or warrant that the information on our web site is accurate, complete, or current. This includes pricing and availability information. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel any orders or ban any user that we suspect might have aided by browser automation, or a reservation service.
PRICES AND VAT
All prices on KrystalWaters.co.za are given in Rands (ZAR) and are shown inclusive of South African sales tax (VAT) at the current rate of 15% but exclusive of delivery costs.
AVAILABILITY
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. In the case of an item not being able to be fulfilled, a full refund including the shipping charge will be processed.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you wish to return / exchange a purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product via email stating your name and order number. We are happy to refund any purchases less the original freight charge provided that the goods in question are returned in the condition they were in when delivered to you.
We will not accept returns / exchanges on any products that have been worn and/or tags removed. Please be aware that all products must be returned with their original packaging, products returned without their original packaging cannot be accepted.
Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been delivered with no tags, you should notify us by email on the same day. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
Orders that were shipped with a courier service will only be refunded for the value of the goods purchased less the original shipping charge. Refund requests received after 7 days but within 30 days, will qualify for a KrystalWaters.co.za Gift Card which will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed online only.
Please note that there are no free exchanges / returns on sale products and orders with a discount code applied. You may still return the item at your own expense or we can arrange a collection at a charge of R109 which will be deducted from your final refund amount or for an exchange, we will request an EFT for the return and new delivery fee for the exchanged pair (R109 each way) amount before arranging the collection.
We do not offer any refunds/exchanges on items sold on Sale.
Once we receive and assess the item that is in it's original condition, we will refund your payment. Please note refunds to Debit/Credit Cards normally clear in 2-7 days. EFT refunds can take up to 2/3 workings days to be visible in customers account (Depending on Bank).
WARRANTY CLAIMS
Refunds / Replacements on warranty claims will only be approved should the product in question meet the specific suppliers Warranty terms and conditions. Please see the relevant product page for more info specific to your product purchased. On confirming an order, it is assumed that the Warranty terms and conditions have been noted.
DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes are issued at Krystal Water’s discretion. Users don't have the right to promotional coupons and can't earn them. No free exchanges will be accepted on an order where a discount code has been used.
Discount codes are issued with specific terms and conditions that regulate how and when they can be used. For example, certain codes may be product specific in that they are only valid against a selected group of products. Exclusions may also exist with certain coupons e.g. not valid on items in our SALE section. The onus is on the shopper to check the full coupon T&Cs to ensure they understand the coupon’s applications and limitations.
A discount code can only be used against a purchase on the site when the purchase meets the terms and conditions as specified on the discount code.
Only one discount code can be used per shopping cart. Codes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The discount value of the code will be deducted from the total amount in your shopping cart. The remaining balance, if any, must be paid by you.
Creation of multiple KrystalWaters.co.za accounts, with different email addresses, in order to utilize a discount code on multiple occasions, is abuse of the benefit and Krystal Waters reserves the right to not release these orders.
Should you wish to return / exchange an item you have purchased using a discount code:
1.) If you have redeemed a discount code against a purchase, and you'd like to return all items purchased, KrystalWaters.co.za will refund you or credit your account with the Rand value of the purchase less the freight charges accrued. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions on the discount code for information on whether it will be reinstated and the terms that will apply.
2.) If you have used a discount code against a purchase and then return some of the products purchased, KrystalWaters.co.za will apportion the value of the discount across the relevant items in the cart and then refund you the relevant Rand amount based on the items being returned.
3.) If you have used a code against a purchase and then return some of the products purchased, Krystal Waters will recalculate the total value of your purchase AFTER the returned product(s) has/have been deducted. If the recalculated purchase value no longer meets the terms and conditions associated with the discount code, Krystal Waters reserves the right to deduct the value of the coupon off the refund for the returns.
DISCOUNT CODES CANNOT:
- Be used to buy gift vouchers
- Be exchanged for cash
- Be transferred to anyone else
- Be used after the expiry date.
- Be used together with any other promotion, including against items in our SALE section or items discounted as part of another promotional offer.

All content of our website including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software, is property of KrystalWaters.co.za or Krystal Waters Pty Ltd. and is protected by South Africa and international copyright laws. You may electronically copy and print hard copies of pages from this web site solely for personal, non-commercial purposes related to placing an order or shopping with KrystalWaters.co.za. Any other use of our website, including reproduction and internet links, is strictly prohibited without our prior written permission.
SECURE PROCESSING
KrystalWaters.co.za online store uses secure processing called SSL Encryption Technology, which is the industry standard. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is a protocol developed for the transmission of private information over the internet. SSL uses a private key to encrypt your data, including your credit card information, so that it cannot be read while being transferred over the internet.

However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. Orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website.
